Canceling:


You can cancel your subscription through Stripe/Credit Card through the following:


  1. Click the gear icon in the top right corner on the black menu and click the "My Account" page. Here is the direct link.
  2. Click the red button "Unsubscribe"

Canceling:


You can cancel your subscription through Paypal through the following:

Note - if you do not see the My Account page, it means you signed up prior to June 2016, please follow the below directions to cancel in Paypal itself.

Canceling or viewing your invoices is shown in Paypal if you signed up through them. This section will show you how to manage your subscription as well as see past invoices.

Option 1: Locating Your Recurring Subscriptions


If you have set up a recurring payment, a subscription, or automatic billing with a merchant, you can cancel your pending payments: 


  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click Profile near the top of the page.
  3. Click My money.
  4. Click Update in the My preapproved payments section.
  5. Click Cancel, Cancel automatic billing, or Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.

Option 2: Finding a recent transaction


  1. Find your more recent charges
  2. Look for the one from The SEO Genie, click it
  3. Click the link "Manage The SEO Genie Payments"
  4. Click the link "Cancel"

Option 3: Using The Settings tab 

  1. Log in to your PayPal account. 
  2. Click the 'Settings' icon at the top of the page. 
  3. Under 'Payment settings', click Pre-approved payments (this is at the bottom)
  4. Use the filter to select the seller whose agreement you want to cancel and click Cancel. 
  5. Click Cancel Profile to confirm your request.

How To View Your Past Charges / Invoices (Credit Card Only)


  1. Click the gear icon in the bottom left corner on the black menu.
  2. Click the "My Account" page. Here is the direct link.
  3. Go to the bottom where you see invoices. 
  4. Click show payments. 
  5. Click expand. 
  6. Download if you wish by clicking "Print Invoice"
